Kid Tested, Dracula Approved


Go Giantriots!

Yeah, I don't care who wins the big game.  On one hand it would be cool to see the Giants win, but on the other hand, it would be cool to witness a team go 19-0.  So yeah, whatever.

Anyway, musically, I'm listening to Vampire Weekend at the moment (currently the song Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa) and while I haven't listened to all of the digital download (via Amazon's super easy mp3 store - Sorry iTunes, but I want DRM-free music damn it! - and yes, I know that it's the music companies who are keeping Apple from having DRM-free tracks, which is a bunch of crap) so far so good.  I've seen the Vampire Weekend album around but never really thought about them until I caught them on Letterman the other day.  I'm digging the album because the songs don't all sound the same and some of the lyrics are really catchy.  

By the way, if you want to get the new MGMT album, it's also now available as a digital download for less than $6.  If they would have had it on the Amazon sooner, it would have saved me $6.  Grrrrr
